A legacy gives you the opportunity to bequeath either a fixed amount or specific assets (property, securities or valuables) to SPITEX BERN.
You can even name SPITEX BERN as an additional heir. Heirs receive a certain portion of the entire inheritance, i.e. of your entire assets including debt, real estate and household items. If you do not have any relatives with an entitlement to a statutory portion, you could transfer your entire inheritance to a person of your choice.
