Which costs are covered by health insurance?

Basic insurance covers all nursing duties performed. Household services are only partially covered by supplementary insurance policies.

Which costs can be passed on and covered by supplementary benefits?

The costs of the illness and household costs. Please clarify this with the Office for Senior Citizens (Alters und Versicherungsmat der Stadt Bern) and AHV Insurance of the City of Bern.

During which period of time are these services offered?

24 x 7

Do you also take over of final cleaning?

No, we only provide assistance and relief on a day to day basis.
